“The Polesky Agency, and specifically our agent Scott Berney, have been amazing for the last 4+ years! Every single thing I’ve ever needed or asked for has been handled quickly and without question or pushback, and in the insurance industry, it’s hard to come by such characteristics. Recently, as I do every year, I shopped around for better quotes, and came across an amazing one with Progressive Direct (have been with Erie since joining the Polesky agency), so I went to Scott and asked him to see what could be done about our current rate. While Erie couldn’t beat the quote, Scott did everything he could (as he always does) to get it as close as possible without sacrificing our limits and deductibles. He then took a look at what he could do with Progressive Auto (the P.A. also sells Progressive Auto insurance) and was able to nearly match the quote! It was ever so slightly higher, but I look at that as the cost of a great agent and decided to stay! Fortunately we haven’t needed to file any claims since joining the Polesky Agency, but I’m quite confident it will be as pleasant an experience as it could be with Scott taking the lead.
